If your ticket is not resolved within the expected time:


  • Reply within the ticket thread to request an escalation

  • Alternatively, send an escalation email to [email protected]

  • Include your Ticket ID and issue summary for quicker resolution
    We take unresolved issues seriously and aim to resolve escalated tickets within 12 working hours.
