To raise a support ticket:
Log in to your IndianMSME.in account
Go to Support > Raise a Ticket
Select the category (e.g. profile, verification, leads, payment)
Describe your issue and attach screenshots if needed
Submit the ticket — you’ll receive a confirmation with a ticket ID
Our team will respond within 24–48 business hours.
