Ensure the following while uploading files:
File size is under 5MB
Format is .jpg, .png, or .pdf
Filename doesn’t have special characters (%, &, #, etc.)
You have a stable internet connection
Try refreshing the page and uploading again. If the issue remains, raise a support ticket.
